We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with other team members to develop, deploy, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of assigned website projects.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Implement changes and improvements based on user feedback.
- Configure and manage servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Administer databases and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the website from potential threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the website, servers, or databases.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to address complex problems.
- Utilize technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
- Work closely with other IT professionals, including designers and system administrators, to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web applications with existing systems.
- Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular performance testing and implement improvements as needed.
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in the codebase.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web programming languages.
- Experience with server-side languages such as PHP, ASP.NET, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with web server technologies such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS.
- Understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, and other web-related protocols.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.

Soft Skills:

- Proven experience as a Web Administrator, Webmaster, or similar role.
- Experience in website management, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Additional Skills:

- Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Experience with web security practices and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with cloud services and hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
